Guide
Crypto casino deposits and withdrawals explained
Depositing into a crypto casino is usually quick. Withdrawing is where policies, limits and checks matter. This guide explains the pieces that affect how fast and how safely money moves.

Depositing
- Choose the asset and network in the cashier.
- Copy the deposit address (and any memo or tag, if one is required).
- Send from a wallet or exchange you control.
- Wait for the casino’s required confirmations.
Some assets need a memo or destination tag as well as an address. If one is required and you leave it out, the deposit may not be credited automatically.
Minimums, maximums and fees
- Minimum deposit: deposits below the minimum may not be credited.
- Minimum and maximum withdrawal: limits can apply per transaction, per day or per period.
- Network fees: paid to the blockchain, not to the casino, and they vary with network congestion.
- Casino fees: some operators add their own withdrawal fee or spread on conversion.
Why withdrawals can take longer
- Review: operators may review withdrawals before sending, particularly larger or first-time ones.
- Verification: identity checks may be required (see our no-KYC guide).
- Bonus conditions: wagering requirements must be completed before funds are released.
- Batching and limits: some operators process withdrawals in batches or apply daily caps.
- Network congestion: once sent, the transaction still needs to be confirmed.
Stablecoins and price swings
Stablecoins aim to track a currency such as the US dollar. They reduce price volatility, but they are still subject to network choice, issuer risk and the rules of the casino. A stablecoin that exists on several networks must be sent on the network the cashier names.
Common problems and what to do
| Problem | Likely cause | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Deposit not credited | Waiting for confirmations, below minimum, wrong network or missing memo | Check the transaction ID in a block explorer, then contact support with the TXID |
| Withdrawal pending | Review, verification or bonus conditions | Read the terms, check your account for notices, then contact support |
| Funds sent on the wrong network | Network mismatch | Contact support at once; recovery is often not possible |
| Withdrawal address rejected | Unsupported address format or network | Choose the right network or use another wallet address |
Good payment habits
- Send a small test amount before a large one.
- Keep records of transaction IDs and wallet addresses.
- Do not leave more on a casino than you are prepared to lose.
- Only use the cashier on the operator’s genuine site.
- Be aware that crypto sales and gambling income can have tax implications. Check the rules where you live.
Frequently asked questions
Why was my deposit not credited?
Common reasons are that it is still awaiting confirmations, it was below the minimum, it was sent on an unsupported network, or a required memo was missing. Check the transaction in a block explorer and contact support with the transaction ID.
Do I pay the network fee or does the casino?
The network fee for your transaction is paid by the sender. Casinos may add their own withdrawal fees on top, so check both.
Can a casino delay my withdrawal?
Yes, for review, verification or bonus-related reasons set out in its terms. Read the withdrawal section before depositing.
